Civil Works Commence on Stage 4

JRT Civil Pty Ltd has been awarded the construction tender for Stage 4 of the Gateway Business and Industry Park, commencing work in early January. This stage will deliver 11 industrial lots, with construction scheduled for completion by the end of June 2026. 

The next phase of the project will involve the appointment of a real estate agent to commence marketing and sales of the available lots following completion.
