The Gateway Business and Industry Park is a six-stage master-planned industrial park project developed and owned by Livingstone Shire Council. Lots range in size from 2000m2 through to 2.3ha, which are planned to be progressively delivered to the market on a supply and demand basis. Lots within future stage 2B are now available for purchase, with construction estimated to be completed early to mid 2023. The industrial park is located in the Livingstone Shire on the fringe of the Yeppoon town centre and links with the Bruce Highway via Rockhampton-Yeppoon Road.

The Gateway was established in late 2016 and to date all 19  lots within stages 1 and 2 have sold. A number of businesses are already successfully operating out of the park, including a plumbing contractor, bus depot, engineering, heavy machinery, storage, and waste removal services.

The Gateway provides flexibility in its product offering with the ability to tailor lots specifically to meet the individual requirements of both small and larger scale businesses operating at either low or medium impact uses.
