The Gateway Business and Industry Park is a six-stage master-planned industrial park project developed and owned by Livingstone Shire Council. Lots range in size from 2000m2 through to 2.3ha, which are planned to be progressively delivered to the market on a supply and demand basis.

The industrial park is located in the Livingstone Shire on the fringe of the Yeppoon town centre and links with the Bruce Highway via Rockhampton-Yeppoon Road.

The Gateway was established in late 2016 and to date all 30 lots within stages 1, 2 and 3 have sold. A number of businesses are already successfully operating out of the park, including a plumbing contractor, coral propagation, engineering, brewery and distillery, storage, and waste removal services.

Progression of Stages 4 and 5 is underway, which when completed will bring an additional 21 lots to the market. Lot sizes will vary from 2,100m² to 4,640m², offered for sale via a tender process.

The Gateway provides flexibility in its product offering with the ability to tailor lots specifically to meet the individual requirements of both small and larger scale businesses operating at either low or medium impact uses.
